BMW New Site
In 1995 Allan Jefferies separated their BMW operation from the Multi-Franchise site at Saltaire Road to the current site at Otley Road, Shipley. This was a move which was thought by many in the industry to be foolhardy, yet the Allan Jefferies persistence an enthusiasm made it a success. So much so that in 2003 the site was doubled in size to make room for the ever expanding BMW range which was being met with equal enthusiasm by the team at Allan Jefferies and the BMW customer.
Entering the next decade Allan Jefferies are once again leading the market with an innovative move. Virtually unprecedented in these recessionary times, Allan Jefferies are building a brand new state of the art BMW dealership on a greenfield site totalling 13,000 sq feet with spacious parking and easy access. The new site will be situated on Otley Road, just half a mile from town. The estimated cost of £1.8 million for the new facility is the strongest possible signal to the motor cycle retail industry that Allan Jefferies’ commitment to BMW Motorcycles is a strong as ever.
2010 will be significant to BMW Motorrad not only for the launch of the worlds most advanced superbike but also for the opening in September of the UK’s most prestigious BMW dealership.
